RETURN AND EXCHANGES

We love having happy customers and want your online shopping experience with Johnson's and Allen's to be an enjoyable one, so we understand at times you may need to exchange or return your item/s to us.

We are happy to exchange your items within 14 days of the date you received your order, with proof of purchase, providing the items are in their original condition.

Your garment must be clean and free from any marks or fragrances, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Please return your garment inside its bag, ensuring that all tags are still attached.

How to return or exchange an item

To return or exchange your order, simply email us on johnsonandallen.nz@gmail.com and we'll arrange collection from your address. For exchanges, please mention the size you'd like to swap, and we'll deliver the replacement to you at the same time we collect the return.

This service is applicable for customers within Hamilton only.
